We are a very small, family-run farm in New Hartford, Connecticut.  We specialize in raising fresh, culinary based, products for local, fellow food enthusiasts.

All of our customers join us in the celebration of food.  From the pure pleasure of preparing and eating, to the appreciation of the role that food plays in binding our families and our communities.

When we cook, the ingredients talk.  They have a story, a history, and a uniqueness that is made of the land we know, the farmers we know, and the truly spectacular process that makes the plants and animals that we celebrate at the table.

We welcome you to join our small but very merry band of FarmShareHolders and dig in.

Pour yourself a glass of wine, and let's cook.

Items of Interest
Freshly Milled Flour- We purchase organic wheat berries from the same farm in New York where we get out feed, and mill them up into fresh organic flour. It has the whole wheat berry in the flour so it is much healthier and flavoful compared to store bought flour. It has changed the way we bake and it just might hook you too.

Produce and Herbs- We also grow small amounts of fresh BTO grown produce and herbs for our customers to purchase at the Farmers Markets we attend.

Zinnias- We also grow and bouquet beautiful zinnias. They have been grown by my grandfather for over seventy years! We also will plant a special batch of flowers for weddings or large events, though those interested must contact us by  February 1 so we can plan.

We wish that everything we ate came from The American Livestock Breed Conservancy (www.albc-usa.org)... We keep trying.
